If you're wanting to freshen up your wardrobe then it's the perfect time to pick up a few end of season bargains and keep an eye out for offers on the High Street. One of the main staples in any ladies wardrobe is a good pair of jeans....or two...or three... at the very least! :) The great news is, if you're looking at trying out a few new styles, Dorothy Perkins currently have 20% off jeans (for at least the next 48hours we've heard). Now, we know many of you who haven't tried these jeans yet will be perplexed...Dorothy Perkins?....Jeans?.... but you should know 'DP,' as we fondly refer to them as or 'Dot-Perks,' have over 100 different jeans available and are extremely good value with a price range for all ranging from about £15- £35 (...and remember that's without the current 20% discount that you could be saving too).
Dorothy Perkins Jeans range caters from petite to tall, you can filter results online by leg length and waist size not to mention all the usual filters of style, colour, fit, denim fit and obviously being an 'old school' brand they also try to cover the majority of ladies shapes and sizes starting from a size 4 up to 28. We both have a few pairs of DP jeans and each range of different styles has a name. Katherine especially loves the 'Bailey Ultra Stretch Skinny' jeans style for its soft denim with a hint of stretch, which are standard good blue denim jeans for everyday. Jane loves the fit of the 'Eden Ultra Soft Jegging' style, which is more of a soft easy 'jegging' but with the appearance of a proper jean, Jane loves them in the dark indigo colour for day to night.. The 'Frankie' Ultra Soft Jeggings are a new favourite style we found recently and we will definitely be purchasing Indigo and black for A/W. They'll be perfect to wear with boots for everyday casual wear as the fabric is comfortable and soft but has more density and 'jeaniness' (sorry we're making up words now!) than a traditional jegging. Take a look at the collection of jeans at www.dorothyperkins.com by clicking the link here.
'DP' also have a range of great value fashion jewellery. We've seen some fab earrings recently and shared a couple of favourites below. The 'black half moon drop' earrings (See link below to buy) will be fab for Autumn and would look great with a pair of black skinny jeans and a simple top for day or night. The 'Rose Gold Cut out Earrings' (which are very 'Katherine') are more of an everyday, any occasion earring, the perfect understated size and this shade of Rose Gold tone seems to flatter all. We couldn't resist also sharing this 'Sorry I'm late I had nothing to wear' jumper we saw whilst browsing the stores online, think we might all need one of these for 'those days!' :) Hope you enjoy the rest of our 'DP' top picks below and hopefully find a little inspiration, see below for more details.
